1. Acceptance
By using the 4D Sudoku mobile application or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. App license
Apps are licensed, not sold. For 4D Sudoku obtained through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. The application provider identified on the App Store listing is the licensor. If 4D Sudoku is later distributed through another store, that store’s applicable end-user terms and usage rules may also apply.
3. Permitted use
You may use 4D Sudoku for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning, subject to the applicable store license and law. You may not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation or security, use them to infringe another person’s rights, or redistribute app binaries or site materials except where the law or an applicable open-source license permits it.
4. Intellectual property
The 4D Sudoku name, visual identity, game presentation, website design, text, graphics, and software are owned by the app provider or used under license. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited right to use the app and website.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features or platform editions. We do not promise that every feature will remain available forever or that an Android edition will launch on a particular date. The mobile app is designed for offline play, but downloads, store services, support email, and this website depend on third parties and network availability.
6. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here limits consumer rights that apply in your country or region. The Apple Standard EULA contains additional warranty terms for App Store downloads.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app or website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
8. Third-party services
Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and email providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, stores, devices, networks, or content outside our control.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, website, distribution model, or law changes. The date above will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to any notice or consent required by law.

2. App 许可

在遵守适用商店许可和法律的前提下，你可以将 4D Sudoku 用于个人、非商业的娱乐与学习。你不得滥用 App 或网站、干扰其运行或安全、利用其侵犯他人权利，也不得重新分发 App 安装文件或网站材料，但法律或适用开源许可明确允许的情况除外。

4D Sudoku 名称、视觉标识、游戏呈现、网站设计、文字、图形与软件归 App 提供方所有，或已获得合法许可。本条款不会转移所有权，也不会授予使用 App 与网站所需有限权利以外的其他权利。
5. 可用性与更新
我们可能会更新、改进、暂停或停止某些功能或平台版本。我们不保证所有功能永久可用，也不保证 Android 版本会在特定日期发布。移动 App 为离线使用而设计，但下载、应用商店服务、支持邮件和本网站依赖第三方及网络可用性。
6. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，App 与网站按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不作法律禁止排除之外的其他保证。本条款不会限制你所在国家或地区适用的消费者权利。通过 App Store 下载时，Apple 标准许可协议还规定了其他保证条款。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用 App 或网站而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失，App 提供方不承担责任。如果相关责任依法不得限制，则本限制不适用。
8. 第三方服务
Apple、Google、Cloudflare 与电子邮件服务商各自依据其条款和隐私政策运营。对于我们无法控制的第三方服务、商店、设备、网络或内容，我们不承担责任。
9. 条款变更
如果 App、网站、分发方式或法律发生变化，我们可能会更新本条款。上方日期会显示最近修订时间。在法律要求的通知或同意程序得到满足后，继续使用即表示修订后的条款适用。
