1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how 4D Sudoku ("we," "us," or the "app provider") handles information in the 4D Sudoku mobile application and at 4doku.pages.dev. The mobile app and this website have different data practices, described separately below.

2. The mobile app

Data collection

We do not collect personal data or gameplay data from the mobile app. The app has no account system, advertisements, third-party analytics SDK, tracking technology, or cloud-sync service. We do not receive your puzzle activity, device identifiers, location, contacts, or photos.

Local data

The app stores puzzle state, preferences, tutorial progress, game history, and private statistics locally on your device so it can save and resume your experience. This information is not transmitted to us. Your operating system may include app data in device backups that you control under the platform provider’s terms.

Sharing and Photos

When you choose to share a puzzle or result, the app creates a PNG image locally and passes it to the operating system’s share sheet. Temporary share files may remain in the app’s cache until overwritten or removed by the operating system. If you explicitly choose to save an image to Photos on iOS, the app requests add-only access; it does not read or browse your photo library.

3. Support email

If you email fourdoku@gmail.com, we receive the address you use, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use that information only to answer your request, diagnose issues, protect the service, and keep reasonable support records. Support mail is processed using Google’s Gmail service. You may ask us to delete a support conversation unless retention is required for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.

4. This website

This site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. The analytics beacon provides aggregate page-view, referral, device type, browser, operating-system, country, and page-performance measurements. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not track individual users across its customers’ sites. We do not use advertising cookies, user accounts, form tracking, or cross-site profiling on this website.

Your chosen site language may be stored locally in your browser so it remains consistent between pages and later visits. This preference is not sent to us.

Like other hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process connection and security information needed to deliver and protect the site under its own privacy policy.

5. Children

4D Sudoku is a general-audience logic game. Because the app does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app. If a child contacts support, a parent or guardian may ask us to delete the message.

6. Your choices and deletion

  • App data: reset a puzzle in the app or remove the app to delete its local data from the device, subject to device backups you control.
  • Support email: contact us to request access to or deletion of information you sent us.
  • Website: we do not maintain visitor accounts or individual analytics profiles for you to access or delete.

7. Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and aggregate web analytics. Google provides support email. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy if the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be reflected here before or when they take effect.

2. 移动 App

本地数据

为了保存并恢复使用体验，App 会在你的设备本地保存题局状态、偏好设置、教学进度、游戏历史和个人统计。这些信息不会传输给我们。你的操作系统可能会根据平台提供商的条款，把 App 数据纳入由你控制的设备备份。

分享与照片

当你选择分享题目或结果时，App 会在本地生成 PNG 图片，并交给操作系统的分享菜单。临时分享文件可能保留在 App 缓存中，直到被下次分享覆盖或由操作系统清理。如果你明确选择在 iOS 上保存到“照片”，App 只会申请“仅添加”权限，不会读取或浏览你的照片库。

3. 支持邮件

如果你向 fourdoku@gmail.com 发送邮件，我们会收到你使用的邮箱地址、邮件正文，以及你主动提供的信息或附件。我们只会用这些信息来回复请求、诊断问题、保护服务并保留合理的支持记录。支持邮件通过 Google 的 Gmail 服务处理。除非出于安全、法律或记录保存需要必须保留，你可以要求我们删除支持邮件。

本网站托管于 Cloudflare Pages，并使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics。分析信标提供汇总的页面浏览量、来源、设备类型、浏览器、操作系统、国家/地区和页面性能数据。Cloudflare 声明 Web Analytics 不收集或使用访客个人数据，也不会跨其客户网站跟踪个人用户。我们不会在本网站使用广告 Cookie、用户账号、表单跟踪或跨站画像。

你选择的网站语言可能会保存在浏览器本地，以便在不同页面和后续访问中保持一致。该偏好不会发送给我们。

5. 儿童隐私

8. 政策变更
